There is a line in Game Of Thrones often spoken by the people of the north- "We worship the Old Gods." They believed that the gods are everywhere—in the trees, rocks, streams, birds, and beasts, and in ourselves as part of nature. There was a time, not so long ago when our ancestors felt the same way. There is a time - now - when many people are returning to this view, myself included.

I understood at a very early age that in nature, I felt everything I should feel in church but never did. Walking in the woods, I felt in touch with the universe and with the spirit of the universe.
