Approaching her work as both artist and cultural historian, she uses visionary imagery to champion Women and Mother Earth; two critically endangered species. Each piece tells a story that acts as therapeutic practice, integrating past with present. Layering her original photography and paintings with found images and collected ephemera, she conjures translucent veils of narrative; layers of time and memory bleeding through one another, seeking a deeper truth.
